Be seen for who you are

Gifted and highly sensitive

Do you have a fast processor? Do you see, feel, think and experience more than what is reflected back to you by the people around you? Then you probably carry some beautiful strengths. And perhaps also deeper pitfalls that are not always recognised or understood by others. Could you use a sounding board? Would you like to pause and explore all the nuances, connections and subtle shades that are there? You’re welcome.

Good to know

With attention to all that you are

If you are a highly sensitive or gifted person (and you don’t need a formal diagnosis to recognise that), you may experience the world around you somewhat differently from others. That can be something beautiful to celebrate, but it can also be challenging. For example, you may have always relied on your cognitive abilities and now find yourself in a situation where thinking alone is no longer enough — and you were never really taught how to trust your intuition. Or life’s experiences may affect you so deeply that it becomes difficult to stay grounded. Or perhaps connecting with others is hard for you — or, on the other hand, setting boundaries around contact, energy, and everything you pick up in those interactions.

IIf you live with a fast processor like that, you may sometimes feel that the world wasn’t built for a mind like yours. It can be lonely to live on a different frequency when you are the one who has to keep adapting. Are you looking for a space where the richness, nuance, depth and range of your experience are welcome? A place to work on a question you carry, or simply to explore the full landscape of who you are? You are very welcome here.

The trajectory

How do we proceed?

We begin with an intake: what do you long for? What are you running into? And does that connect with what I can offer you? For both of us, it is important to sense whether we want to walk part of this path together. If we both feel it is a good fit, we start exploring your coaching question. That question helps guide the sessions and gives us both a sense of whether we are moving in the right direction. That doesn’t mean you can’t move away from it — we also work with whatever arises. From time to time, we reflect on the progress we are making. Here too, the work remains primarily body-oriented, because learning to recognise what is happening across the different layers of your system is at the heart of the process.
